Damages During Delivery

Our price already includes transit damage insurance so if your product is damaged during transportation we will provide you with a replacement product at no cost to you. However it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods when you receive them WHILE the courier driver is still there and BEFORE you sign for anything. If your item is damaged prior to signing please refuse to accept it or sign for it and contact us immediately. If you sign for it you are accepting it is in perfect working condition and no replacement will be sent.

Prior to sending a replacement detailed photos will need to be sent to us outlining the damage. These photos must be taken and send it us immediately after delivery.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30 day period. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item). 

We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.
